As the owner and operator of Thee Arts of Ascension. My dream for some years now has been to find a space filled with light and built on a foundation of love. A space where I could teach Marconics, practice yoga and work on myself (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually)  but also assist others in the same. A vision to create a high vibrational space where I could welcome and call my tribe.

I was gifted this opportunity after being presented with not only the darkest night of my own soul but thee darkest karmic experience of my entire existence on this planet. I KNEW something had to change, in fact I received in connection that “nothing could be the same”. I could have easily rolled over but instead I chose to warrior up for the biggest fight of not only my life but my childrens lives, I had nothing to lose. 

I put it all online and I opened this studio. 

Instead of dazzling you with my certificates, achievements and qualifications or bore you with all of my trauma, karma and experiences. I instead invite you to come here if you are called. We will build a healthy bond and relationship based on trust, honesty and integrity. From that point all things will bring about change for the highest good of all. 

So come practice Yoga with me, come and move your body as you learn why you hold onto so much energetically. Come and learn how to shift into alignment of all your aspects (mind, body and soul). I

Being a human is about experience, from my perspective I like to work towards being better in each moment. 

This is an art to ascend out of the mental mind matrix and the programming we have. Something that requires creativity, consciousness and will. The great news is this can all be learned. 

Thee Arts of Ascension is a space created for this, for all aspects of the bodies (mind, physical body and the soul) to raise in vibration, in light and in consciousness (an aspect of ascension).
